A nice headset
Do not work with Motorola R7 firmware version R0225031001, it keeps disconnecting from the radio. A shame they cant get there own stuff to work together. I only give it 4 stars because it doesnt work with my Motorola R7

Very good earpiece
Very good earpiece compatible with my Dp4801e and Dp3661e (unfortunately NOT with R7), but it clearly written in the description. Battery duration is very good. TX voice quality it's good. RX is good too.
