By purchasing this item, you gain access to our download center where we provide the firmware updates for you. You can see whether a Motorola radio is eligible for an update or not and for how long by checking the serial number in the Motorola MyView portal. It is listed there under "Service Expiration Date". Purchasing access to our Download Center and the firmware update files does not automatically give you the right to update your radio. You can send the serial number of your radio to our support before purchasing and we will ask for your "Service Expiration Date". If the update time for your radio has expired, it may be possible to purchase an extension. Please contact our support for an individual offer.
